Text Messaging (SMS)
When you provide your mobile number and opt in, you agree to receive text messages from Off the Charts Detail. These include transactional messages such as booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and schedule changes, and, if you opt in to them, occasional promotional offers.
- Message frequency varies. You will typically receive 2 to 6 messages per booking (confirmation, reminders, and any schedule changes), plus occasional promotional offers. In most cases this is fewer than 10 messages per month.

- You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation, and we will not send you further texts. Opting out does not cancel an existing appointment.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the data categories described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We share opt-in data only with the service providers, described below, that help us deliver our own messages to you.

We use trusted providers to run our business, including DetailerStack LLC (website, booking, and messaging platform), Twilio (text message delivery), and Stripe (payment processing). As stated above, your text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties for their own marketing.
- Legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property, or that of others.
- Business transfer. If our business is sold or transferred, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide services to you, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may ask us to delete your information as described below.
